BUSINESS TOOL

Google Workspace

Professional Branded Email

While your hosting account may say that it will offer you “unlimited free email accounts” for your businesses, it is quite dangerous to have your email and website stored in the same place.

If you lose access to your hosting account, you can also lose access to your email. Another major issue that can arise is if your website is hacked, this will also greatly affect your email account if it’s provided by your hosting company. Your website AND your email account will be blacklisted and it will take time and money to get it fixed.

For this reason, I personally have my own business email hosted with Google Workspace and I highly recommend it to all my clients. Google Workspace allows you to sign up for a fully branded email address using your domain (ie. hello@goodcheerdesign.com) and you get access to all the amazing apps that Google has to offer such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc.

Sites that are hosted by fast and reliable hosting services will do better in Google Search rankings and your visitors will have a better user experience.

For these reasons, I recommend Siteground Web Hosting to all my clients. I’ve personally been with Siteground for 8 years now and they have amazing customer service
